Ingredients include rums, wines soaked and blended with raisins, currants, prunes, cherries, mixed-peel, sugar, butter, flour, eggs and assorted spices. In the case of the BLUE MOUNTAIN COFFEE FRUIT CAKES, coffee is added. The timely fashion in which the ingredients are soaked and added together is the secret behind the unique flavor of our Jamaican fruit cakes.

These cakes retain their freshness for a very long time and can be stored in a freezer for months at a time if removed from container and packaged properly.
(We suggest that you place it in a freezer bag before freezing)
After taking the cake out of your freezer your favorite Wine or Liqueur may be poured over cake to retain moisture.
(Warming in a microwave oven also brings back the freshly baked taste and aroma)
